Black cafe! We went to Le Cafe Siam for dinner, which is some really pretty(all antique vintagey ambience with candles-fire hazard-and dim lights which is REALLY pretty), supremely overpriced and empty restaurant. My parents keep calling it the 黑店(cos in the past, people set up such shops and when like noone comes, and you go in they charge you like $10 for like a $1 piece of chicken) cos it's SO freaking expensive. Like, 990 baht for beef tenderloin. Which is around $39.60. So we were searching the menu for something reasonably priced, lol. I ordered chicken and my parents ordered thai food.

The food was delicious(ok not 黑店 anymore, but whatever it's still a nice name), the chicken was SO tender :) And they had fries! The thick, proper kind, with more potato than flour, not like those skinny soggy fries(which are still nice in my opinion but shh). And the service was good. Our water glass was never empty. Probably cos we were the only customers there. :/ Ohwell. We probably won't go back again. Maybe once in a blue moon, but yeah...
